The project
East Coast Repair and Fabrication, LLC is an S23 affiliate and the River Port facility’s anchor tenant. As part of a $180 million ship repair and maritime manufacturing investment bringing 414 new jobs to Newport News, the company will operate a new shiplift at River Port, with new production space and expanded fabrication, machining, blasting and coating, and vessel repair capabilities.
